We are this consciousness & energy in spiritual clothing , which transforms at times of conception / birth , taking on human form, or at death taking on a higher frequency body - leaving the flesh behind. The living in human form is a reincarnation, a spiritual experience of our senses applied to the creation of "All that is". So you can take influence on your destiny by free will and not by war or fight , but consciousness, bringing Hope to Love & Peace worldwide.
As a law of science, Energy can not be destructed only transformed into another form of itself. That is a spiritual Truth.
Hence we are existing in the realm of forever, living here in a re-incarnation like many times before.
What is it in consciousness that Ascended Masters ( e.g. Jesus, Buddha, Apollonius of Tyana, St.Germain, Mary Magdalene , Quan Yin) knew ? and we don't know? Many have ascended before us, so who are we? lets embrace Hope and know - we can do this too.
